Back in 2018, we kicked off our journey together. Fast forward to 2023, we sealed the deal with a wedding, committing to a wild dream – traveling the globe and diving into new adventures. Yep, it was all about us, a dream that hung around in our chats, teasing us from afar.
Life, though, had other plans until the plot twist of 2020 came around. Amidst the chaos of the pandemic, a silver lining appeared. Suddenly, remote work wasn’t just a temporary band-aid; it was a newfound freedom. No more cubicles; our laptops became our golden tickets to a life less ordinary. But guess what? We wanted more. We craved a gig that not only embraced remote work but also encouraged a global mindset.
So, we went on a hunt to understand the digital nomad lifestyle. We scoured the corners of the internet, looking for kindred spirits who had also embraced this unconventional path. And guess what? We found our people! And on December 29th, 2023, we took the plunge into the digital nomad life. Hello to a world where borders blurred, and our workspace stretched across time zones.

So, there I was at 24, fresh out of grad school with a shiny new Master’s in Chemical Engineering. After spending four years in the industry, I quickly realized that the traditional office scene just wasn’t vibing with me. The routine was stifling, the hours were long, and I knew I needed a change.
